The guys and girls at TJ Bodyworx have confirmed that the paint process has been completed today.
All that remains is for the bonnet to be fitted ready for collection by Corry Motorsport. It will then enter the next stage of refitting of engine and subsequent components. Several people have asked about the power plant and this will be discussed in future blogs. I have to say the team at TJ Bodyworx have done a brilliant job and have supplied many photos during the stages of paint. Once I have daylight shots of their excellent work I will be revealing YFY 467 Paint scheme and will a post a number of photos showing their prep work. It’s taken many years for me to get to this stage and the vision I had looks better than I could ever imagined. PS The photo is a little wide for a Lenham, but it has the sort of look!

Hi from Australia, I have been following this build closely. Great to see it coming together. I have had 2 Lenhams, one which I built in the 1970's and one which I rescued from a shed about 10 years ago. Sadly no Lenhan in the garage at present, but I'm getting enthusiastic about building a third one soon. There are 4 Sprites lurking at my place already. One may be the start of the next Lenham. Cheers from Alex Robertson (Sprite Car Club of Queensland.)
